It has been a tough few years for Celine Dion but she has shown fans that nothing will hold her back as she teams up with fashion magazine Vogue.
In 2022 the singer was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a condition that causes sufferers to have a heightened sensitivity to stimuli like noise, touch, and emotional distress which can set off muscle spasms, according to the US National Institute Of Neurological Disorders And Stroke.
Determined to live life as normally as she can, the 55-year-old refuses to let anything bring her down and this photoshoot shows everyone around the world her unbelievable strength.
Looking spectacular the singer posed in several shots for the magazine titled ‘The Grand Return of Celine Dion.’
Set to hit our shelves on April 24, Celine gave her followers a glimpse of what to expect.
She said ‘I’m honoured to be doing a photo shoot for Vogue France. I’m very proud of that, at 55, I’ve been asked to reveal my beauty. But what is beauty? Beauty is you, it’s me, it’s what’s inside, it’s our dreams, it’s today. Today, I’m a woman who is feeling strong and positive about the future. One day at a time.’
Earlier this year it was revealed that a new documentary was to be released on the singer’s struggle with the condition and her attempt to relaunch her music career is to be released.
The documentary titled I Am: Celine Dion follows the Canadian singer, during a year in her life including her diagnosis and her battle with the condition in everyday life.
