Second, enhancing recruitment efforts through competitive salaries and benefits seeks to draw more talent to Jasper County. Third, focusing on retaining current healthcare professionals involves developing upward mobility programs and addressing issues like burnout. Lastly, exploring technological innovations such as telehealth will improve access to healthcare services. These initiatives are crucial steps toward ensuring a healthier future for all residents of Jasper County.
