Nine months after Belgian tourist Celine Cremer vanished from Tasmania’s north-west, new signage has been installed asking visitors to assist in the search.

Cremer, 31, was reported missing on June 26th last year when she failed to board her return trip on the Spirit of Tasmania ferry back to the mainland.

Despite extensive searches of the dense bushland area and underwater locations at Philosopher Falls, where her unattended vehicle was found, no trace of Cremer has ever been discovered.

“We need your help,” the sign by the Waratah-Wynyard Council says.
