The building will soar to an impressive height of 414 feet, spanning across a through-block lot from Chestnut Street to Ludlow Street. Designed by BKV Group and developed by Landmark Properties, the project will encompass over 400,000 square feet, featuring spacious amenities and parking facilities.

Adjacent to the iconic Ralston House, a four-story building designed by Wilson Brothers in 1886, The Mark integrates modern architecture with historical significance. The Ralston House, originally built for the Indigent Widows and Single Women’s Society, continues to provide essential services for elderly women today. By incorporating the existing building into its floor-area ratio, The Mark has achieved a higher density through an affordable housing bonus, enhancing both functionality and community value. The project will offer a total of 909 beds within 236 apartments and 127 group living units, catering primarily to off-campus students.
