Becca Lichtenberg, the Office Manager, mentioned that staff had to manage traffic congestion themselves to ensure smooth operations during appointments and surgeries. They even took it upon themselves to reconfigure traffic cones to create a more manageable flow. Despite these efforts, the situation remains challenging as the city works to address the issues.
