Air Force Falcons Set for Full Television Coverage in 2025 Season
2025-05-31

The Air Force Falcons football team is set to enjoy extensive television exposure in the upcoming 2025 season, with all 12 of their games scheduled for broadcast. Leading this lineup are two key matches airing on CBS, marking a significant milestone for the Falcons and their fans nationwide. The announcement came earlier this week as part of a broader television schedule collaboration involving the Mountain West Conference and various broadcasting partners. With an emphasis on national availability, these broadcasts promise to enhance the visibility of the Falcons' competitive matchups against both conference rivals and service academy foes.

Among the highlights of the Falcons' television schedule is their appearance on CBS for two crucial games against their service academy rivals. These encounters, historically popular among viewers, will include a match at Navy on October 4 and a home game against Army on November 1. Both contests are slated for a morning kickoff, catering to a broad audience across the United States. Beyond CBS, the Falcons’ presence will be prominently featured on the CBS Sports Network, which serves as the primary broadcast partner for the Mountain West Conference. Six of the Falcons’ games will air on CBSSN, commencing with their home opener against Bucknell on August 30.

In addition to CBS and CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports 1 (FS1) will also carry several of the Falcons’ games. Notably, the November 28 clash against Colorado State has been rescheduled from Saturday to Friday, ensuring prime-time visibility on FS1. Another FS1 broadcast will feature the September 13 road game at Utah State. For the remaining fixtures, Fox networks will handle the coverage, including the September 27 home game against Hawaii and the November 8 contest at San Jose State. Specific network assignments for these latter games will be determined closer to the event dates.

Looking ahead, should the Falcons secure a spot in the Mountain West Championship Game, it will air exclusively on Fox on December 5, hosted by the higher-seeded team. This comprehensive television package forms part of the Mountain West's 53-game national broadcast plan, featuring three games on CBS Television Network, 28 on CBS Sports Network, and 22 on FOX Networks. Each broadcast aims to amplify the Falcons’ presence and foster greater engagement with audiences nationwide.

Beyond the excitement of televised matches, this expanded reach offers the Falcons an opportunity to showcase their talents on a larger stage. Fans can look forward to a thrilling season filled with strategic matchups and high-stakes competition, all brought directly into their living rooms through an impressive array of broadcasting platforms.
