In the early hours of Sunday morning, a series of break-ins at a private parking garage in Pelham Parkway, the Bronx, has left residents questioning their safety and security. Surveillance footage captured an individual entering the garage and systematically damaging over 20 vehicles within a span of 40 minutes. Ousmane Doumbia, one of the affected residents, found shards of glass scattered inside his Jeep Grand Cherokee, yet nothing of value was taken. “It’s baffling why someone would do this knowing cameras are everywhere,” he remarked.
