At the core of Omaha's vibrant cultural scene, an annual festival honors the rich traditions of African American heritage. This event, known as Juneteenth Joyfest, brings together the community through a variety of artistic expressions. A local band, Reinbow, will take the stage this year, showcasing their unique sound inspired by classical, jazz, indie rock, and gospel genres.

The formation of Reinbow dates back to early 2024 when its members united to create music rooted in Black American traditions. This weekend marks the beginning of the fifth edition of Juneteenth Joyfest at the Union for Contemporary Art.
