The transformation includes plans for a vibrant live entertainment hall, a stylish bar and restaurant, and an innovative event space on the second floor. On June 18, development company The Argo unveiled initial design renderings, providing a glimpse into their vision for this multimillion-dollar endeavor. These designs were released shortly after receiving conditional use approval and a development agreement from Whitefish Bay’s Village Board, which included approximately $7.5 million in funding with around $1 million allocated through tax incremental financing.

Collaboration lies at the heart of this redevelopment initiative. Strategic partnerships have been forged with industry leaders such as Knitting Factory Entertainment, renowned for concert promotion and talent management, and celebrated chef Dan Jacobs, known for his culinary prowess at Milwaukee establishments like EsterEv and DanDan. Additional collaborators include Eventbrite for ticketing solutions, Reens Marketing Group for promotional expertise, and Three Sixty, a local design-build firm. To engage the community further, The Argo announced a free summer concert series held at Ivanhoe Plaza in Milwaukee, featuring diverse local artists spanning multiple genres.

With capacities ranging from 550 to 750 guests in the main hall, 200 in the upstairs venue, and 150 in the bar and restaurant area, the new facility promises dynamic experiences tailored to various events.
