In a swift police operation, law enforcement apprehended four individuals following the discovery of a stolen vehicle at a local hotel. Officers from the Ridgeland Police Department were conducting routine patrols early Sunday morning when they spotted a Kia Optima that had been reported stolen by authorities in Jackson. Upon noticing the presence of officers, the occupants of the vehicle fled on foot. A short pursuit ensued, resulting in the capture of all suspects.

The arrested group comprised three minors and an 18-year-old adult. The juveniles, whose identities remain undisclosed, hail from Jackson.
