Founded in 2003 as a single coffee cart in Marrickville, Australia, the company has grown significantly, offering a wide range of products under its Precision Coffee Tools brand. With nearly 100 items catering to professionals and enthusiasts alike, the brand emphasizes style, durability, and practicality in every tool.

Expanding internationally, Di Pacci established Di Pacci USA last year through a partnership with Nick Salem of Swallow Cafe in Brooklyn, New York. Meanwhile, back in Sydney, the company is constructing The Roasting Club, set to become the world's largest shared roasting facility.
