Jennifer Lopez is spending a bit of time at her New York City apartment – after finally selling her $25 million penthouse which was initially listed seven years earlier.
She was spotted leaving the luxury building on Saturday wearing Gucci sunglasses and carrying a Hermes Birkin handbag.
The Hustlers star’s outfit was decidedly understated as the 54-year-old multi-hyphenate wore a black top and pants under a long, black coat.
White athletic shoes were on her feet and she wore her long brown hair in a bouncy ponytail with curtain bangs. Large gold hoop earrings hung from her earlobes.
Her latest outing comes shortly after the star celebrated her NYC penthouse at The Whitman finally finding a buyer, per the New York Post. The luxurious, two-story residence was first listed back in 2017 at $26.95 million.
The final sell price and buyer’s identity is not known, although the most recent asking price had been lowered to $24.99 million.
The lavish residence is located in the neighborhood of NoMad, also known as Madison Square North.
The On The Floor hitmaker had bought the penthouse around 10 years ago in 2014 for $20.1 million, the outlet reported.
The building itself – which was built 100 years earlier in 1924 – only has a total of four units, with residents including Chelsea Clinton.
The penthouse spans a whopping 6,454 square feet with additional outdoor space amounting to 3,000 square feet – including private terraces and a roof deck to allow residents to take in the scenic, city skyline.
Jennifer’s now-former property has four bedrooms as well as 6.5 bathrooms, as well as a lounge and two wine fridges, according to the New York Post.
The Whitman building also has a doorman at the front 24/7, as well as locked storage and a lobby.
