Beginning on April 7, Samsung is set to unveil its highly anticipated One UI 7 updates for select Galaxy devices. Following months of beta testing, the stable public release will initially target last year's flagship models. Although Samsung has not provided exhaustive details regarding the rollout schedule for older devices, regional insights from Samsung Czechia offer a glimpse into what users might expect. The updates are expected to expand incrementally to older generations, with new batches rolling out approximately every week.

In an announcement that thrilled many fans of the brand, Samsung confirmed that the journey begins on April 7 with the first wave of One UI 7 updates for current Galaxy hardware. These updates are primarily focused on the latest flagship series, including the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6. However, enthusiasts have been eager to learn more about when older models would join the update parade.

While Singapore’s newsroom shared a list of eligible devices, it left out crucial timeline specifics. For further clarity, users turned their attention to Samsung Czechia, where the company outlined a detailed strategy for the rollout. According to this plan, Czech users will receive the initial update slightly later, starting on April 10 for the same flagship lineup as in the U.S. Following this, one week later around April 17, the One UI 7 update will extend to additional models such as the Galaxy S24 FE, S23 series, Z Fold5, and Z Flip5.

The company also assured users that the Galaxy S23 FE and S22 series will be updated within the coming weeks, although exact dates remain undisclosed. Tablets aren't being left behind either; Czechia will see One UI 7 arrive for the Galaxy Tab S10 mid-April, with subsequent releases for the Galaxy Tab S9 and S8 before the month ends. Other tablets are slated to receive updates by May.

As Samsung adheres to its international rollout strategies, the tech world anticipates widespread satisfaction among Galaxy users by next month.
