Vermillion High School's Dance Recital Showcases Young Talent

At the Thomas H. Craig Center For The Performing Arts, Vermillion High School recently hosted a vibrant dance recital titled "VADO In Bloom." Held on March 29 and repeated the following day, this event featured captivating performances by talented young dancers. Among the standout acts was a group known as Sunday Dance Team 3, who delivered an impressive routine to the song “Wings.” Their performance not only showcased their skill but also highlighted the dedication and passion of these budding artists.

In late March, a lively atmosphere filled the halls of the performing arts center in Vermillion as students took the stage for two consecutive days. The first show unfolded on Saturday, March 29, with a second presentation occurring just one day later. During these events, ten enthusiastic dancers from Sunday Dance Team 3 dazzled the audience with their synchronized movements set to the uplifting melody of “Wings.” Each performer contributed uniquely to the team’s success, bringing energy and flair that resonated deeply with spectators.

The ensemble included Berkely Beach, Arabella Bollich, Paisley Carter, Madelyn Culver, Ashlan Hinseth, Lauren Quail, Zelda Marie Ricker, Mackenzie Rohde, Taylor Twedt, and Josie Wuestewald. Together, they demonstrated remarkable teamwork while executing intricate choreography under the watchful eyes of supportive parents, teachers, and peers. These young individuals worked tirelessly leading up to the performances, ensuring every step and gesture aligned perfectly with the music.
