However, embracing plant-based options, such as those found in the Mediterranean diet, can lead to better health outcomes at any age, according to Dr. Frank Hu, a leading nutrition researcher at Harvard University. By prioritizing plant-based foods and limiting red meat, processed products, and excessive sugar and sodium, individuals can create personalized yet effective dietary plans that promote longevity and vitality.
