On a crisp afternoon at Bowman Field in Weirton, the Madonna baseball team celebrated their third win of the season by defeating Clay-Battelle 10-1. Pitcher Reed Wilharm delivered an impressive performance, striking out seven batters over five scoreless innings. His efforts were complemented by Matt Geer, who closed the game with three strikeouts in two innings. Offensively, David Connors led the charge with a double, single, and two RBIs, while Reno Fuscardo added two singles and two RBIs.
