The lively ambiance at XiBei Cuisine immediately sets it apart. Upon entering just after noon on a weekday, I was greeted by the hum of activity as tables filled up quickly despite the early hour. The compact space, adorned in rich red-and-gold tones, exudes warmth and charm. Efficient service ensured that menus and refreshments were promptly delivered, while the innovative use of QR codes streamlined the ordering process, eliminating any delays typically associated with busy hours. Among the standout dishes, the Xian cold noodles captivated me with their savory, nutty flavor profile, perfectly complemented by tender chicken and al dente noodles.
