In the past, the homeowners would raise money for Alzheimer's research through their haunted attraction, but this year, the students have chosen to support the Humane Society, a decision that has added a new layer of purpose to the event.The students have worked tirelessly to bring the haunted maze to life, constructing the entire attraction themselves. From the intricate set designs to the carefully curated Halloween characters, the students have poured their hearts and souls into creating a truly immersive experience for the trick-or-treaters.

"They built everything themselves. They worked really hard on it and they're raising money to benefit the Humane Society. I think it's great. I think I love hearing the screams because I think people are having fun. So, I like everybody to have a good time on Halloween and I'm glad that we're back to being able to have a Halloween and people trick or treating and having, screaming and scaring and just having fun," Rushton said.
