Two talented music students from Wayne State College have earned prestigious spots in the National Small Band Program's collegiate ensemble. Josie Mikoloyck, hailing from Scottsbluff, and Dalton Hazel from Bellevue, represent their institution among 124 selected participants nationwide. This remarkable opportunity takes place during a four-day event scheduled from March 26 to 29 in Fort Worth, Texas.
