In early 2025, the city of Macon has embarked on an ambitious urban development project aimed at transforming its downtown area. The Lofts at D.T. Walton project will be launched with a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the beginning of Phase 1, which focuses on constructing a parking deck. This will be followed by Phase 2, which includes the development of residential, commercial, and office spaces. Phase 1: Enhancing Urban Infrastructure through Parking Solutions

The first phase of the Lofts at D.T. Walton project aims to address the pressing need for improved infrastructure in downtown Macon.
