The application process for the Transit Construction Mitigation Fund Grant will open at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 27, and close at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 7. To qualify for the grant, businesses must meet several criteria: they must have fewer than 15 employees, generate less than $750,000 in annual revenue, be located within one block of active rail construction on Dillingham Boulevard, remain currently open for business, be majority-owned by city residents, and have been operating at their current location before January 1, 2022. Additionally, businesses must demonstrate a 10% decline in revenue.
