Spring Art Classes Spark Creativity in the Mt. Washington Valley
2025-04-02

Inspiration awaits this spring as the Mt. Washington Valley Arts Association presents a series of art classes designed for beginners. This season, participants will gather at the Eastern Slope Inn’s Legends Room in North Conway to explore their artistic talents. The program offers a welcoming environment where creativity can flourish without intimidation.

A standout event is the Sequencing Workshop, set to take place on Friday, April 11, from 6 to 8:30 pm. Guided by instructor Laura Guptill, this workshop invites artists of all levels to experiment with expressive painting techniques. Utilizing tactile methods, attendees will learn an innovative approach to painting inspired by the River Gallery Art School in Brattleboro, Vermont. This session promises to unlock fresh perspectives and encourage participants to break free from creative blocks.

Art has the power to transform lives, offering not only personal fulfillment but also fostering community connections. By engaging in these beginner-friendly classes, individuals are invited to embrace their inner artist, contributing positively to both their own growth and the cultural vibrancy of the region. Through exploration and experimentation, each participant can uncover new dimensions of self-expression.
