Over 1500 students from Florida International University will assist in creating an immersive experience where guests can sample products from over 45 restaurants and enjoy live cooking demonstrations by Food Network personalities.

Since its inception, SOBEWFF® has raised over $40 million to support educational initiatives at FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Alongside its sister festival NYCWFF, more than $53 million has been raised to benefit charitable causes.
