Soggy Peso's Thanksgiving Hospitality for Our Heroes

Hosting for Thanksgiving

Soggy Peso is extending an open invitation to host up to 300 meals for single active-duty soldiers and their children. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who might otherwise be without a place to celebrate the holiday. Soldiers are asked to RSVP through a specific link or send an email to wilsoncompanies2@gmail.com, providing their name and the number of children, if any, by Wednesday, Nov. 27. The holiday meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their location, 11355 Pellicano Drive. It's important for soldiers to bring a valid ID with them. This shows the restaurant's commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone. This act of kindness not only provides a delicious meal but also a sense of community and belonging during the holiday season. It's a small gesture that can make a big difference in the lives of these soldiers and their families.

Re-opening and Entertainment

The restaurant re-opened in March of this year and has become a popular spot for watching football. With plenty of televisions, soldiers and their families can enjoy the games while having a great time. For example, catch the Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions at 10:30 a.m. MT/11:30 a.m. on CT, and CBS. The New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys game will be at 2:30 p.m. MT/3:30 p.m. on FOX. It's a great way to unwind and enjoy the holiday together. In addition to the football, Soggy Peso also has an extensive beer selection. From ales to lagers, stouts to IPAs and local draft beers, there's something for everyone. It's the perfect accompaniment to a delicious Thanksgiving meal.
